A savings account is the first account you’ll open to become a member at Community First. Once you become a member, you will have complete access to all of our products and services.

Personal Membership Accounts

Age Requirement: 0-17

Requirements at Account Opening:

  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Mother’s Maiden Name
  • Physical Address
  • And TWO of the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • School Photo ID
    • Government Issued Photo ID

Age Requirement: 18+

Requirements at Account Opening:

  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Mother’s Maiden Name
  • Physical Address
  • Government Issued Photo ID

Money Market Account

All memberships start with a savings account and a deposit of $10.00. There is no minimum amount required to start a Money Market Account. Interest will accrue once the balance has reached $2,500+

$10.00 per transaction fee if over 6 transactions per month

  • $2,500.00 – $9,999.99
  • $10,000.00 – $24,999.99
  • $25,000.00+

Share Certificates

We are currently offering share certificates with dividends being paid quarterly to your savings account or back on your certificate. Please visit the Rates page for current interest rates.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

Community First has both Traditional and Roth IRAs.  To learn more about the IRA options please visit the IRS website.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

A Heath Savings Account (HSA) is a tax exempt account established for paying medical, dental, and vision expenses. An HSA can serve as an investment or retirement account. You can accumulate funds to pay health expenses tax free. An HSA can cover expenses for individuals, spouses, and dependents.
