Loan Insurance

Community First offers two types of loan insurance.

GAP Insurance is a one-time fee of $499.00. In the event of your vehicle being totaled, GAP Insurance will pay off the remaining balance of your vehicle loan, after your insurance company’s payment. You will also receive $1,000.00 towards your next vehicle, if you finance through Community First.

Community First offers Disability or Life Insurance on all of our In-House loans. Conditions apply, please contact a loan officer for details.

Stay Alert for Scams! Important Tips: CFFCU will never call and ask for personal information like your SSN, card number (expiration date), or online banking details. If someone does, hang up immediately. Never share your SSN, card number (expiration date), or online banking information over the phone. If you’re unsure, call the company back using their official phone number. One-Time Passcodes should never be shared with anyone. If our Fraud Monitoring Service contacts you, be honest about unauthorized charges—this helps block transactions you didn’t approve. Your security matters to us!
