How do I join?

Stop into one of our four branches to open your membership.  You will need your social security number, valid photo identification, and proof of address. 

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we do.  There are links to the Apple store and Google Play at the bottom of the screen.  You may also search ‘Community First FCU’ in your app store. Look for our white logo.

We also have an app called CardNav.  This app lets you set preferences on how your debit card and/or credit can be used.  Visit our Checking page for more details.

What is the Phone Banking number?

To get account information by phone please call 1-800-860-5704.  The CU Access code is 048.  Your PIN the first time you access the system will be the last 4 digits of the main owner’s social security number.

I lost my debit/credit card and the Credit Union is closed.  What should I do?

For Debit Cards (MasterCard): please call 1-888-241-2510.  The service representative will place a block on your card.  The next business day please call the credit union to request a replacement card. 

For Credit Cards (VISA): please call 1-800-325-3678.  The service representative will place a block on your card and order you a replacement card.

Am I eligible for a loan?

We have multiple loan products that have different eligibility requirements.  Please talk with a loan officer for the specific requirements for the type of loan you wish to apply for as loans are based on your credit score, debt to income ratio, and payment history.

Do you offer mortgages?

Yes, we have Fannie Mae fixed-rate mortgages, as well as in-house 5 year balloons.

Do you have a First-Time Homebuyer Mortgage?

Yes, we do. We have a first-time homebuyer loan that requires as little as 3% down.

We also offer Rural Development loans with as little as zero down.
