Important Tips: CFFCU will never call and ask for personal information like your SSN, card number, or online banking details. If someone does, hang up immediately. Never share your SSN, card number, or online banking info over the phone. If you’re unsure, call the company back using their official phone number. One-Time Passcodes should never be shared with anyone. If our Fraud Monitoring Service contacts you, be honest about unauthorized charges—this helps block transactions you didn’t approve.
