Minors’ accounts may be opened with as little as $0.25. They are a great way to teach kids how to save!

Mini-Branch

We operate a ‘Mini-Branch’ at Lakeview Elementary School, every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. The Mini-Branch is open to students-Kindergarten through Third Grade- before the school day starts. Students are able to make deposits into their Community First accounts. The purpose of the Mini-Branch is to provide a chance for students to learn the value of savings, the inner workings of a Credit Union, and hands on experiences. At each session, four Third Grade students will be selected to work as a Teller, Book Keeper, Auditor, or Marketer.
