What is Remote Deposit Capture?

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) is a system that allows a member to scan checks remotely and transmit the check images to CFFCU for deposit.

Can Anyone Use RDC? How will I know if I am Eligible to Use RDC?

If you meet the following criteria, you may be approved to begin using RDC:

-Must be 18 years of age

-Account and loan must be in good standing

-No charge off accounts with CFFCU

-Membership at CFFCU for at least 180 days

-Must have a valid mailing address on file at CFFCU

-Must have a valid email address on file at CFFCU

-Must have a valid phone number on file at CFFCU

-Must maintain an average balance of $100

How Do I Sign-Up for RDC?

In order to use RDC, you must download or app in the App Store. Search ‘Community First FCU’ and look for our logo. You need to be signed up for Online Banking, as well.

-Sign in to It’s Me 247 Online Banking through our app

-Select ‘Move Money’ on the Menu Bar

-Select ‘Deposit Check’

-Select ‘Register’

You will be approved or denied within 1 business day. If denied, you will receive a letter in the mail.
